How do I apply?

We usually ask for a CV and covering letter, but occasionally, particularly for vacancies at our dairies will ask for you to complete an application form.

If you are applying for a current vacancy, the details of how you apply will be included on the advert. Please see our vacancies section for more details.

If you are applying speculatively (you can’t see vacancies which suits your criteria but you’d like to register with us anyway), then we’d ask you to either attach your CV or complete an application form which you can download and submit from the register with us part of this website.

Where are the jobs based?

We always list where each vacancy is based against the job details within the vacancies section of this website. For further details on our locations please visit the what we do section of this website and click on the locations page.

What happens once I’ve applied for a vacancy?

We will be in touch, usually by email or phone, to let you know if you’ve been invited to the next stage of the interview process.

What happens at an assessment centre?

Usually you will receive a presentation on Arla, undertake some group exercises which will be followed by an individual interview.

If I am invited for an interview, what should I wear?

We would suggest you wear business dress.

How should I prepare for an interview or assessment centre?

If you are invited for an interview or assessment centre, we will write to you before hand with all the details, however we would suggest you also undertake your own preparation.

How do I find out about salary and benefits?

Usually, once you have submitted your application and if you’re invited to progress to the next stage we will discuss your salary expectations with you. Please include these in your application. For a brief overview of our benefits, please visit our rewards & benefits
