Anchor

Anchor

Anchor butter has been a firm British family favourite for over 75 years and Anchor block butter remains the UK’s number one block butter brand today. Anchor is also available in a spreadable format and Anchor Lighter Spreadable has been the biggest butter, spreads and margarine (BSM) launch of the past five years. Anchor is a top 100 grocery brand and the only butter brand in the UK which is made with milk from free-range cows. Anchor also produce a range of cheddar cheeses available in extra mature, mature and medium ‘family' variants. The Anchor brand is also behind a market-leading range of aerosol UHT creams.

Cravendale

Cravendale

Cravendale is the UK’s leading branded milks as well as being one of the country’s top 100 grocery brands. But Cravendale isn’t just any milk, it’s filtered to make it purer. With multi-million pound marketing support, the brand is growing quickly in a static market It is available in whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk in two litre and one litre formats. In November 2007 Cravendale Half Pints will be launched to offer consumers a 100 per cent natural range of flavoured milks with all the purity of Cravendale. The range will include semi skimmed milk, milk and strawberry and milk and banana.

Lurpak

Lurpak

Lurpak is the UK's biggest dairy brand and one of the country's top selling grocery brands. It is the number one brand in the butter, spreads and margarine category, worth over £200m. Sold in the UK for over 100 years, Lurpak is one of the oldest butter brands in the country and its current portfolio has been dictated by consumer trends for convenience, health and premium products. Lurpak Spreadable was launched in 1997 and is now the biggest selling sub-brand in the market, then in 2001, Lurpak Lighter Spreadable was launched as a reduced fat alternative to Lurpak Spreadable and is the second biggest selling sub-brand. Lurpak with Crushed Garlic joined the range in 2002, followed by Lurpak Spreadable Unsalted in 2006. Most recently, Lurpak Organic Spreadable was launched in 2008.

Castello is the latest addition to our cheese portfolio, launched in October 2007. Already established in 50 countries worldwide, with a heritage stretching back to 1893, the brand has recently achieved success at Nantwich International Cheese Show winning gold and silver awards. Currently available in blue and white varieties, with a whole host of products to be launched over the next few years, Castello is the perfect addition to any cheeseboard.

Lactofree

Lactofree is the UK's first virtually lactose-free dairy drink with less than 0.05% lactose, making it perfect for those who suffer from lactose intolerance. Launched in 2006, the brand is available in two semi-skimmed varieties – chilled and longlife. Lactofree has enjoyed significant success since launch and was awarded the Grocer Star Product for the dairy drinks category in 2007 and received the SWOT Award for best Product Launch Marketing Campaign.
