Milk

Processing fresh milk is at the heart of our business. Because we supply 44 per cent of the fresh milk supplied to the UK’s seven top retailers, plus UHT milk from our Settle creamery, we’re recognised as a true industry leader. Not only that, we produce Cravendale, the UK’s leading milk brand. Our dairies are strategically placed to meet our customers’ requirements and we make over 2,200 daily deliveries to stores nationwide.

Cream

We are the country’s leading supplier of fresh cream to the top seven retailers in the UK.

As well as standard cream we also produce soured cream and a range of alcohol and flavoured creams from our creamery at Northallerton. It’s this sort of innovation and creativity that our customers value, and they recognise that we are a business always seeking to enhance their product offering through the continuous improvement and expansion of our own portfolio.

Butter

In addition to Yorkshire Butter, our creamery at Settle produces a range of own label butters for the retailers and bulk butter for the manufacturing industry. Another example of how we strive to create and maximise the potential of every business opportunity. We also market Lurpak and Anchor butter in the UK.

 

Cheese

Arla is the company behind Anchor Cheddar, Apetina, Castello, Rosenborg and Discover, which we distribute to our customers from our national distribution centre in Leeds. We continue to find creative ways to expand our cheese brands with new product and into markets.
