National Distribution Centre
At our National Distribution Centre in Stourton, Leeds we can offer a wide variety of exciting careers in distribution and despatch – jobs that include drivers and driver instructors plus a large variety of warehouse based roles. Our state-of-the-art centre is really in the driving seat when it comes to getting our best-loved products out to our customers. If you’ve bought a packet of Lurpak, a tub of Anchor Spreadable or one of our Castello Cheeses from your local supermarket recently, we’re the team who took the lead in getting it you.
Our purpose-built site opened in 2002 and we’ve on-site chilled storage facilities for 14,500 pallets. We also provide storage and distribution facilities for third party clients, which really makes the most of the site’s potential, and we’ve our own distribution fleet too. With a team of 200, we’re committed to investing and empowering all site colleagues by offering the chance to study towards NVQ qualifications and other learning and development opportunities. The NDC leads the way by recognising individual contribution, and values and rewards colleagues for their pro-active approach.
We’ve been awarded a number of accolades including Leeds City Council – 5 Star rating for hygiene and BRC Global Standard Accreditation – Storage & Distribution. Now our vision is to create a centre of distribution excellence for our people, our customers and our future.
