In fact, you’ll find that we go above and beyond what’s required of us legally. We recently took part in a Women in Work government initiative to encourage and train more women to achieve management roles.
We also ensure that all of our line managers complete two online training programmes: Dignity at Work which covers all aspects of diversity and equal opportunity and an Age Discrimination legislation course.
