In fact, you’ll find that we go above and beyond what’s required of us legally. We recently took part in a Women in Work government initiative to encourage and train more women to achieve management roles.

We also ensure that all of our line managers complete two online training programmes: Dignity at Work which covers all aspects of diversity and equal opportunity and an Age Discrimination legislation course. When it comes to recruitment, we hire the best person for the job with no bias towards age, sex, ethnicity or anything else.
